Margallo' (we pronounce it Malgaglio') is in Alghero language of catalan origin, the dwarf palm which grows spontaneously in the territory around the vineyard.
Margallo' well matches tasty dishes in general, and in particular with red meat, game and medium-mature cheese. We recommend opening the bottle one hour before pouring in order to enjoy at best the full bouquet.
